1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using AFC Billing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Service Description
AFC Billing provides billing management services for Adult Family Care (AFC) and Group Adult Family Care (GAFC) facilities. Our services include claims processing, authorization tracking, denial management, and reporting tools designed to streamline your billing operations.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on claim volume and is transparent with no hidden fees. Payment terms are established at the time of service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to active clients.
4. Data Security and Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and comply with HIPAA regulations and other applicable healthcare privacy laws. Client data is encrypted and stored securely. We will never share or sell your data to third parties without explicit consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for billing operations. This includes patient data, authorization information, and service documentation. Clients must notify us promptly of any errors or discrepancies in billing.
6. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
AFC Billing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with all your data in a standard format. Payment obligations for services rendered prior to termination remain in effect.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
